Braiding And installations policy

Please read this all the way through

 

1. I require a $25 booking fee to book an appointment. Upon booking your appointment make sure you have a date and time before you pay your deposit.

2. please inbox me if morning appointments are unavailable before you book the afternoon. keep in mind I offer services that can take all day, the afternoon may not be available.( Just in case I forgot to block off that day please follow up with me.)

3. If you cancel your $25 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

4. If I cancel on you, you WILL receive your $25 deposit back

5. If you reschedule I will hold your deposit once. you have 3 business days to set a new date. After 3 business days it will be considered a cancellation.

6. Please make sure you bring your wig 2 days before appointment. There is a $40 fee for same day customizing and installing frontals

7. IF YOU ARE LATE. There will be a $15 late fee after 10 min. After 20 min I will cancel your appointment. I do understand that things happen please inform me the day before or 2 hours before your appointment if you will be late and I will not charge you a late fee. Inbox me or email

8. Please wash and blow dry hair before your appointment. I offer services that take all day let’s get to the point

9. I DO NOT DO HAIR ON SUNDAYS /emergency appointments are $50

10. Disrespect will not be tolerated ‼️‼️‼️ YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM BOOKING NO EXCEPTIONS
